Town Hall - located on Cotton Street (next door but one to the Post Office and easily identifable by the black railings) Monthly Council meetings are held here (Second Tuesday of the month (except August) at 6.45pm. The Town Hall is the administrative base of the Council. Offices are open every weekday between 9am and 1pm.

Bainbridge Hall - Carr Vale - This building provides meeting space and office space. The meeting space is an ideal location for meetings, conferences, training and exhibitions and is also used for other community activities such as parties.

Assembly Hall - This building is run by the Bolsover Assembly Hall Trustees. They receive the income from bookings and are responsible for all their own running costs e.g. cleaning and caretaking staff, lighting, heating, insurance. The Town Council provide administrative support to the trustees and take the bookings for the centre.
The Town Council are the owners of the building and are responsible for major repairs to the building.

Oxcroft Centre - Stanfree - This Council are Corporate Trustees to the charity who own and run the building. The Town Council provide the administrative support and take bookings for the centre. The Charity own the building and are responsible for major repairs to the building.
