As 2025 draws to a close, we want to extend our thanks to every resident, business, volunteer, partner, employee and councillor who has been part of another incredible year in Bolsover.

This year has seen significant achievements and exciting events for our town, including:
🏅 Achieving Silver Accreditation in the Local Council Award Scheme, a national recognition of good governance and community engagement.
🏆 Being named Council of the Year at the DALC Awards for our work with the Bolsover Skate Park and youth engagement.
🎪 Bolsover Artisan Market winning Best Small Speciality Market, celebrating local enterprise and community spirit.

🌸 The continued success of Bolsover in Bloom, helping keep our town looking vibrant and welcoming.

🎄 Our much-loved annual Christmas events, bringing festive cheer to the town.
🎖️ Remembrance and Commemoration events, including the Bolsover Blitz, helping us remember and reflect together, and collaboration with the Royal British Legion to create the Bolsover and District Royal British Legion.
🏳️‍🌈 Bolsover's first Pride event, celebrating inclusion, equality and community.
🌱 Our first Eco Day, highlighting sustainability and environmental action.
🔧 The successful launch of the Bolsover Repair Café, supporting skills-sharing and reducing waste.

None of this would be possible without the dedication, enthusiasm, and collaboration of so many people across our community, thank you for supporting our events, sharing your time, ideas, and passion with us; we look forward to building on these successes together.
